How long will it take me to build my menu?

We have worked hard to make the menu build powerful but easy to use. Typically it takes about 30 minuets to create a menu with 60 items. As part of your trial we are here to help get your menus built and the service setup.

Can I upgrade from Essential to Pro?

Yes. You can upgrade your plan at anytime from within the dashboard.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes. All of our plans can be cancelled at anytime. On cancellation your account will run up to the last paid day of your monthly subscription.

What countries do you support?

You can sign up for a trial and use the service from any country. Once the trial period has ended we can only support credit card payments accepted on the payments platform Stripe.

Does this integrate with my POS system?

Yes. Menuflow supports a growing number of POS vendors. We also have a Menuflow terminal which is a handheld unit to receive and print orders. You can view our POS integrations by clicking here. For more information please reach out to us.

Do I need supply my credit card to sign up?

No. You are not required to enter your credit card at sign up. You will need to enter a valid credit card if you wish to keep using the service after your intial free trial period.

Do I need an Essential or Pro subscription for the Pay And Go service?

No. You only pay the fixed ordering fee for each checkout that is processed on your QR Codes.

Do I need an Essential or Pro subscription for the Order And Pay service?

Order And Pay requires a digital interactive menu (unlike Pay And Go). So you do require a subscription to an Essential or Pro plan.

How many QR codes do I get?

All of our plans allow you to create as many QR codes as you need.

Are there any scan limits or charges for your QR codes?

No. unlike other platforms we do not have any scan limits or charges relating to a single or group of QR codes. So your guest can scan as many times as they like!
